Futura Specimen Sheets
Concentrated on my favorite sans serif font, Futura, to create two specimen sheets that show the full range of this typeface. Includes each weight, number, letter, and special character available.
The first sheet is based off the Apollo 11 plans, as Futura was exclusively used not only in its design process, but also used on the plaque that is now on the moon.
Paul Renner, aka the father of Futura, was the inspiration for the second design here, based on principles from his New Typography Movement.
